below within the “RED” zone
indicated on the chart and
demarcated by the following GPS
coordinates:

B3. S30.51.932 E30.29.122 - B4.
S30.51.226 E30.27.452

No bait
fishing (live or dead bait) and no
chumming within the RED zone

No
bottom fishing within the RED zone
-
NO
FISHING WHATSOEVER within the RED
zone during the closed season from
1st August to 30th November every
year.

Support
Tag & Release and only take from the
sea fish that you can eat.

Do not
pollute the ocean by throwing
rubbish overboard.

Any
sharks caught and landed should be
returned to the sea. No sharks to be
brought to shore unless it is your
intention to eat them.

All
boats must complete the launch
register when returning from a days
fishing. Time of arrival, days catch
and number of fish lost to sharks
must be recorded.

All
boats must have a current
Certificate of Fitness and Skippers
must have a valid Skipper’s Ticket.

All
persons on board must be in
possession of a current fishing
License in their own name.

Obey the
rules laid down by Hibiscus Coast
Municipality and Ezemvelo Wild Life.

Be aware
of and understand the consequences
and repercussions of your actions.

especially boats fishing with bait
